Who can obtain a place in a university residence?

Priority is given to students enrolled at one of the universities of the Campania Region or present there for study reasons (for example Erasmus, exchange programmes, etc.). Next in order are teaching and technical-administrative staff of the university institutions, including non-Italian nationals, and companions of students with disabilities.

How can I obtain a place in a university residence?

You can apply for a place in the university residences in two ways:

as a priority, by taking part in the Call for Applications for the award of scholarships, accommodation places and contributions for international mobility;

as a residual option, for any places left over after allocation to those eligible in the competition, outside the Call for Applications (extra-bando), by submitting an online request to ADISURC.

When do requests for a place with a scholarship open?

The application for an accommodation place with a scholarship is made in the same online form used to apply for the scholarship. The Call for Applications and the related online application are generally published in the summer, between the end of July and the beginning of August.

When do requests for an extra-bando place open?

Extra-bando accommodation requests can be made following the procedures published on the company website each year, generally starting from September.

What criteria are used to assign beds to scholarship winners?

Accommodation places for students taking part in the Call for Applications are assigned in order of ranking position.
Eligible students who are suspended for one of the various income or merit reasons indicated in the Call are summoned only after eligible students who are not suspended.

What criteria are used to assign extra-bando places?

If accommodation requests exceed the number of available places, preference will be given to those from students resident in the locations furthest from their reference university campus.

From which month are accommodation places assigned?

For those who are successfully placed in the ranking, the summons starts from the publication of the provisional rankings, between September and October.
For those applying extra-bando, it depends on when accommodation becomes available.

If I request an extra-bando place, am I certain to be assigned one?

Extra-bando accommodation requests are met only after eligible students have been placed, and only if places are still available.

How will I be summoned for accommodation?

Check your email address, the one you provided when registering for ADISURC services, because the summons will be sent to you by email.
Make sure you show up at the place and time indicated. Otherwise you will be considered to have waived the accommodation.

Which documents must I provide before moving into the residence?

You must send the following to the email address from which the summons was sent:

A copy of an identity document (identity card, passport, driving licence): only for users who are not scholarship holders
